Our Mission

At Trinity Gym and Fitness, our mission is to empower individuals to achieve their fitness goals through personalized training and nutrition programs. We believe that everyone deserves to feel strong, healthy, and confident in their own skin. No one should feel controlled by the diet culture. Everyone can succeed when they have a plan that works. Neither age nor menopause are limiting factors! Our virtual training programs are top notch, so no gym membership required here! Your body transformation starts here!

Meet Kelle

Kelle is a seasoned Coach with 15 years experience in transforming her clients' body and mindset! She is a Certified Personal Trainer,  NASM Corrective Exercise and Performance Enhancement Specialist,  Pain Free Performance Specialist (General Fitness, Knees and Mobility),  PN Level 1 Nutrition Coach, and a Qualified Coach of the TRX Suspension Trainer and Rip Trainer. She continues to study new research and techniques to develop individualized programs that will transform your body and the way you think about fitness! When she's not coaching you'll find her with working her own training program (even on vacation), at the beach or walking her Goldendoodle, Maggie.

Meet Laura

 Laura is a Certified Personal Trainer, Exercise Therapy Specialist and Nutritionist dedicated to helping men and women feel strong, confident and comfortable in their own bodies. With over 10 years of hands-on experience, she has helped countless clients lose weight, get strong and improve their relationship with food, and feel good in their own skin! Laura's approach goes beyond basic workouts and diet plans, she focuses on sustainable habits, mindful nutrition and movement that supports both physical and mental well being. She believes fitness should be empowering, not intimidating. And she's got great shoulders!

Meet Nichole


 As a Personal Trainer, Health Coach, and EMT, Nichole is a balanced fitness professional who believes in the power of movement and healthy food choices as the ultimate form of medicine. Her mission is to teach that a body with mobility, strength, and a nutrient-dense diet can prevent disease, reverse physical limitations, and help you age the way you want. Whether you are a former mountain athlete looking to stay on the trails or someone reclaiming your independence, she is here to show you that your best years of movement are still ahead of you. Drawing on fifteen years of strength training, trail running, and a dedicated yoga practice, Nichole teaches the importance of form and variations in movement to perform well. It is never too late to build a stronger, more resilient, and pain-free body and mind and live a better life.
